Cutstruct started with a narrow, stubborn problem: construction procurement was opaque, and nobody could see what a project was really spending or where materials actually went.
It has since evolved from procurement and transparency toward a more connected construction-finance and project-delivery ecosystem — where visibility on delivery is what makes a project fundable in the first place.

Each step answered a question the previous one raised. Brokerage showed how little information changes hands. Execution showed how projects actually fail. Technology made the work visible. Finance is where visibility becomes capital.
