A small number of considered pieces, designed collaboratively with NACK Apparel and produced only when they are ordered. Not merchandise — design objects that carry an idea about how things get built.

Durability as a design ethic
Everything worth building is designed for the decade after the ribbon is cut. Heavier cloth, plain construction, nothing that needs replacing next season.
Long time horizons
Roads, grids and housing are patience made physical. The line is a reminder that the slow work is the work — worn quietly, not shouted.
Capital meeting execution
A quiet typographic statement about the gap between a viable project and a fundable one — the sentence John keeps returning to, set as a graphic mark.
Discipline and repetition
One set of pieces, worn again and again, so attention goes to the work instead of the wardrobe. Site-informed cuts, softened for the boardroom.

Production
Made-to-order or pre-order runs, so no standing inventory is held and nothing is over-produced.
Personalisation
NACK's public store shows size variants and name customisation on some products, so per-piece personalisation is an operational possibility worth exploring — not a promise.
Commercial terms
Revenue share, pricing and exclusivity to be discussed and agreed. Nothing is settled.
If the collaboration goes ahead, the first edition would be offered to a short list before anything else. No quantities, prices or dates exist yet.
